Please review these terms carefully before booking. They explain how Flyworld Easy arranges travel services and what customers can expect from us.
FlyWorldEasy arranges domestic and international holiday packages, group tours, customised itineraries, hotel stays, flights, transfers, sightseeing, visa assistance and other travel-related services.
A quotation or itinerary is an offer and does not guarantee availability until the relevant suppliers confirm the services. Your booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation and receive the payment required for that booking.
Please check the confirmation carefully, including traveller names, travel dates, destination, room type, inclusions, exclusions and payment deadlines. Tell us promptly if anything is incorrect.
The price, currency, number of travellers, room configuration, inclusions, exclusions, taxes and payment schedule will be stated in your quotation or invoice. Only services specifically listed as included are part of the package.
Unless expressly included, the package price does not cover passport or visa fees, travel insurance, meals not listed, tips, personal expenses, optional activities, excess baggage, room-service charges, local taxes collected directly by suppliers, or expenses caused by delays or personal changes.
We will disclose known mandatory charges and material exclusions before you confirm the booking. Optional activities and upgrades may cost extra.
Any deposit, advance payment and final payment deadline will be stated in your quotation, invoice or booking confirmation. Some suppliers require full payment at the time of booking.
Your booking may be at risk if payment is not received by the stated deadline. Before cancelling for non-payment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you where practicable. Any resulting cancellation charges will be explained and applied according to the disclosed booking policy and applicable law.
Payments must be made only through payment channels authorised by FlyWorldEasy. Bank, payment-gateway or foreign-exchange charges, if any, will be disclosed where known.
Once a booking is confirmed and paid as agreed, FlyWorldEasy will not increase the price arbitrarily.
A change may be necessary where a supplier, airline, government authority or law imposes a genuine additional charge, tax, fuel surcharge or currency-related adjustment permitted by the booking terms. We will explain the reason and amount before collecting any additional payment.
If a material price change affects your booking, we will explain the available options, which may include accepting the change, choosing an available alternative or cancelling subject to the applicable supplier terms and law.
If you need to cancel, contact FlyWorldEasy in writing using the contact details in your booking confirmation. The cancellation date will normally be the date we receive your written request.
The cancellation charges and refund eligibility for your trip will be provided in writing before you book, either in the package itinerary, quotation or booking confirmation. They may vary by destination, supplier, time remaining before departure and whether tickets, hotels or other services have already been issued or paid for.
We will explain the calculation and identify supplier charges or other amounts that cannot reasonably be recovered. We will not apply an undisclosed fixed cancellation schedule after booking.
Airline tickets, hotel reservations, visas, event tickets and other separately issued services are subject to the relevant supplier's rules, which may be more restrictive. Name changes may not be permitted.
No-shows, late arrivals, missed departures and voluntarily unused services may be non-refundable where the supplier's rules or disclosed package policy say so. Contact us as soon as possible if a disruption occurs.
A supplier may cancel, change or be unable to provide a service. FlyWorldEasy will communicate material information that we receive and make reasonable efforts to help you understand the available options.
If FlyWorldEasy cancels a package that we are responsible for organising, we will offer an appropriate alternative where reasonably available or explain the refund options. Any deduction will be limited to amounts properly payable or genuinely non-recoverable under the disclosed booking terms and applicable law.
If a supplier cancels a service, refunds and alternatives may depend on the supplier's rules and the amount actually recovered. We will assist with the process and pass on refunds received for the affected service, subject to lawful and disclosed deductions.
Where a refund is due, we will explain the amount, any applicable deductions and the expected processing steps. Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 15 working days after the amount becomes payable and the required supplier refund or cancellation calculation is confirmed.
If a refund depends on an airline, hotel, payment gateway, bank or other supplier, the total time may be longer. We will keep you informed when we can and will not describe a supplier-dependent refund as completed until it has been initiated or received as applicable.
Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method or payer, subject to payment-provider rules and legal requirements. Bank posting times may vary.
Please request changes as early as possible. All changes depend on availability and supplier approval, and may involve fare differences, supplier penalties, administrative costs or new taxes. We will explain known charges before you confirm the change.
Airline name corrections, name changes, date changes, hotel amendments and visa changes are subject to the relevant provider's rules. Some bookings cannot be changed or transferred.
Airlines and transport operators control their schedules, baggage rules, check-in deadlines, seating, operational decisions and carriage conditions. Flight times and routes may change.
You are responsible for arriving at the airport or departure point on time and meeting check-in, identity and baggage requirements. Check your tickets and airline notifications before departure.
If a flight is delayed, cancelled, overbooked or changed, we will provide reasonable assistance within the scope of our booking role. Airline compensation, refunds and rebooking rights are governed by applicable law and airline rules.
Hotel names, categories, room types, occupancy and meal plans will be stated in your booking confirmation. Hotel star ratings and descriptions may follow local standards and may not be directly comparable across countries.
Early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, bed preferences and special requests are subject to availability unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Hotels may require a security deposit, local tax or payment for incidentals directly from guests. Please review the hotel's check-in age, identification and deposit requirements.
You are responsible for having a valid passport, visa, transit visa, permits and other travel documents required for your itinerary, unless a specific service has been expressly included in writing.
If FlyWorldEasy provides visa assistance, this means assistance with the application process and documents; it does not guarantee approval. Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities.
Visa requirements, processing times and entry rules can change. You should check official requirements and provide accurate, complete documents by the requested deadlines. Visa refusal, missing documents or denied entry may lead to cancellation charges under the applicable booking and supplier policies.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss, personal liability and other risks relevant to your trip.
Unless expressly included in your package, insurance is not included. You are responsible for checking coverage, exclusions, claim deadlines and whether pre-existing conditions are covered.
Tell us before booking about relevant mobility, dietary or assistance needs. We will make reasonable efforts to request assistance from suppliers, but requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
Itineraries may need to change because of weather, traffic, operational constraints, safety concerns, government directions, local closures or other circumstances. We will aim to provide comparable alternatives where reasonably possible.
Events beyond reasonable control—including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, public-health emergencies, government restrictions or major transport disruptions—may prevent some services from being delivered.
In such circumstances, we will explain practical alternatives, rescheduling options and any refund available. Any deduction will be explained and based on applicable law, the disclosed booking terms and amounts that cannot reasonably be recovered.
For group tours, the itinerary, minimum group size (if any), reporting time, meeting point, group inclusions, room-sharing arrangements and special conditions will be stated in the trip information.
If a minimum group size is not met and the departure must be cancelled, we will inform you and offer the options available under the disclosed booking terms, which may include an alternative departure or refund.
Travellers are expected to respect fellow travellers, tour leaders, local communities and suppliers. Serious misconduct, harassment, unlawful behaviour or conduct that creates a safety risk may result in removal from an activity or tour where reasonably necessary.
Please provide accurate traveller names and contact details, follow local laws and supplier instructions, and arrive on time for transfers, tours and departures.
You are responsible for your personal belongings, valuables and travel documents. Report loss or damage promptly to the relevant local authority or supplier and obtain any documentation needed for an insurance claim.
Many travel services are delivered by independent airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, activity providers, visa centres and other suppliers. Their own terms and conditions apply to those services.
FlyWorldEasy acts as a travel organiser or booking intermediary according to the service booked. We will take reasonable care in arranging services and assisting with issues, but cannot guarantee that an independent supplier will never change, delay or fail to provide a service.
We use personal information such as names, contact details, passport details and travel preferences to provide quotations, make bookings, support travellers and meet legal requirements.
Where necessary to arrange your trip, we may share relevant information with airlines, hotels, visa service providers, transport operators, payment providers, insurers or authorities. We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
Promotional offers, coupons and vouchers are subject to their stated validity dates, eligibility conditions and any restrictions disclosed when offered. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.
If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible so we have a fair opportunity to help while the trip is in progress. Include your booking reference, the affected service, relevant dates and supporting documents.
FlyWorldEasy will take reasonable care in arranging the services it has agreed to provide. Our responsibility for a claim will be assessed under the booking terms and applicable law, taking account of whether the issue arose from our own actions or from an independent supplier.
We encourage you to contact FlyWorldEasy first so that we can try to resolve any concern fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use any remedies or forums available under applicable law.
